Texas Core Curriculum Requirements

Students seeking a bachelor’s degree in Texas are required to satisfy Texas Core Curriculum requirements, the collegiate-level general education competencies for undergraduate degree programs. After fulfilling this requirement, students are designated as “core complete.” Entering students who are Core Complete or who have previously completed a bachelor’s degree are not required to take additional coursework to satisfy the core curriculum. This status can be found on your official transcript from your community college. Please contact with any questions.
