ENGL3300 Theoretical Approaches to Literature

Course Description

An introduction to the analysis of literary texts as informed by important methods and schools of literary criticism. Attention to the three major genres of literature - poetry, drama and fiction. Frequent writing assignments. Prerequisite(s): Any 2000 level English class. Course available only for English majors, English minors, and those with English as a second teaching field.
