Course Description
This course is intended to help students develop a deep understanding of the impact technology has had on education, especially in working with students with disabilities. Current discourse and activities in technology and education, including special education, are examined.

Student Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Demonstrate how to use technology to minimize learning challenges.
- Employ the necessary skills to identify changes in the uses of technology tools and how those changes have and will continue to impact learning.
- Construct your own framework for choosing technology based on research-based/evidence-based practices and the use of one or more framework from the course.
- Design assessments based on identifiable challenging topics and concepts and display data to show student progress.
