Course Description
This course will focus on the role of technology in the operation of an energy firm and expand the concept of risk management to an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) focus. Students will learn the risks associated with technological and the use of patents, trademarks, and trade secrets to protect technological advantage and the develop of a risk profile for a firm from an ERM perspective.
